Missing order confirmation

Due to a technical problem or other circumstances beyond Keytive.com’s control, your order confirmation may be delayed or not received at all. If your order confirmation is delayed by more than 30 minutes, please contact our customer service.

2. Payment

The sofastyle.shop payment service is provided by Nets Denmark A/S, which offers convenient payment services securely and responsibly. To ensure your online card transactions are protected, we use 3D-Secure, an additional security measure.

3. Delivery

Digital goods (product codes) are delivered instantly to the email address provided by the customer when ordering. In rare cases, technical delays of 1-5 minutes may occur. If you cannot find your email after placing your order, we recommend that you check your SPAM (junk mail) folder.

If the delivery time of your digital products exceeds the expected 5 minute delay time, we encourage you to contact our customer service immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to ensure that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. We are constantly committed to clearly communicating potential delays to our customers and actively strive to reduce any inconvenience that may arise from delivery delays.

4. Prices

All prices in the store are stated in EUR and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price variations, technical errors, misprints in the price list, and price inaccuracies due to incorrect information, as well as the right to adjust the price.

Prices displayed in the store in English may vary depending on the customer’s country of origin. The currency used for transactions will depend on the customer’s location. All prices indicated are inclusive of VAT, and the applicable percentage will be determined by the country where the customer is located.

6. Promotions

Any discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.

7. Right of withdrawal

Unlike physical goods, there is no right of withdrawal when purchasing digital products. This applies to all digital goods that are sent automatically upon a purchase. The usual 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply to our products due to their nature, in accordance with Article 2 § 11:11 of the Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), due to the nature of the product.

The consumer waives his right of withdrawal when an order is placed.

8. Complaint

The right of complaint applies to defective products in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the event of a defect in a digital product or the absence of a product, the customer must contact Keytive.com customer service at support@sofastyle.shop. The legislation grants the customer the right to make a complaint about a product within three years and two months from the date of purchase, provided that the complaint is made within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect. When making a complaint, the order number and the reason for the complaint must be indicated.

Once we receive your complaint, we will review it and notify you of our decision as soon as possible. If we approve the claim, we will correct the problem, replace the product, or refund you, depending on the circumstances.

Keytive.com reserves the right to refuse a claim if the product is not defective according to current consumer protection legislation.

9. Dispute

If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the Customer, you as a Customer can turn to the General Complaints Board in Sweden or by mail to the following address:

10. Limitation of liability

We decline all responsibility for indirect damage that may result from the product. We accept no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, a labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduction or lack of delivery by the supplier. Furthermore, we are not responsible for possible changes to the products/product characteristics made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

11. Modification of conditions

Keytive.com reserves the right to make changes to the Conditions at any time and without the prior consent of the Customer. Each change is published on the web page. The changes become effective as soon as the Customer accepts the Conditions through a new purchase or a visit to the web page, or 10 days after Keytive.com informs the Customer of the changes.
